Excellent amenities will be available for commercial companies who wish to exhibit at HCS2008. The venue for the meeting, Raffles Convention Centre, offers superb facilities with full supporting services available. We understand the need for maximum interaction between delegates and exhibitors and for this reason coffee breaks are all located in the exhibit hall with session rooms in close proximity. The exhibition hall and session rooms are grouped closely together on one level allowing easy access between rooms and maximum exposure for exhibitors. HCS2008 exhibitor booth package comprises the following:

• 3m x 3m Shell Unit
• Company name on fascia board
• Carpet
• 1 x Table
• 2 x Chairs
• 2 x Spotlights
• Listing of your company in meeting Programme Book as exhibitors
• 3 free exhibitor registration (allow entry to exhibition hall only)

The maximum capacity of the exhibition hall is 39 booths. Please note that booking is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will try to accommodate your choices. However, if the chosen booths are not available, you will be requested to provide alternative choices. Multiple booths booking is available. Booths do not have to be adjacent.

**NOTE – Any additional items such as furniture, internet connections, electricity outlets and catering must be ordered separately and in advance through the exhibition contractor at each exhibitor’s own cost.**
